Delivery Time

Order deadline is February 18. Orders will ship to deliver by March 18. Earlier delivery is not possible. Contact us for orders over 12+ pieces.

Shipping

(1) Choose to have your order shipped to an address you specify. (2) Use coupon code BEBANPICKUP at checkout for FREE shipping. Your order will be available for pickup at Beban Complex 2300 Bowen Rd, Nanaimo, BC V9T 3K7. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up. 

Courier Delays, Lost Shipments, and Claims

Any delays or lost shipments must be handled by the customer directly with the courier. All claims for shipment damages are to be made by the customer with the carrier directly.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are possible. Please consult each item and scroll through pictures to see the size guide to ensure the correct fit.

Order Minimum Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and refund if order minimums are not met. Orders are collected and batched together when a minimum quantity of 12 items are ordered. We notify you of delivery times or delays periodically. Items are made to order and not able to ship immediately unless your order is larger in quantity (12+ pieces of an item).

Order Changes

Changes are only possible if work is not already in progress. Please email us at nanaimo@keyinnovations.ca with any change requests. 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled if work has not already been started. Please contact us at nanaimo@keyinnovations.ca to check availability of cancellation. Please have your order # available.

Payment

Credit card (Visa and Mastercard) are accepted. Your statement will show a charge from “Key Innovations Inc. “

Prices and Currency

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Prices posted are subject to change at any time.

Taxes

GST and PST will be applied where required and are in addition to prices shown.
